It is very important that you provide us with accurate shipping information and we do not deliver to a PO Box/Private Bag address. We are not responsible for any returns due to wrong shipping information provided. We do not offer pickups or meetups. We ship daily, (Mon-Fri) at 4 p.m. via JRS Express (Metro Manila) or 2GO Express (LuzViMin) and our payment cut off time is 3 p.m. No payment, no shipment. We are not responsible for delayed shipments and damages or loss of merchandise caused by shipping or mishandling by the courier company. The buyer is responsible for all return costs associated with returning a product for refund, exchange or resending packages due to wrong shipping information. It is the customer's responsibility to track and trace their parcel and to follow up their parcel's progress via the courier website or calling the courier's customer service hotlines. Package may be insured for an additional cost. Customer have the option to choose a different courier company for an additional cost. If an item is shipped and the buyer refuses delivery, you will be charged the full amount of the return shipping which was incurred.
We offer free shipping nationwide (excluding insurance) for orders over PhP 3,000. International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Our free shipping offer may not be combined with promotional codes or other discounts. We strive to provide you with the best service and the quickest delivery time possible. All In-stock items are normally ready to ship within 1-2 business days, depending on the time and day that you place your order.If you place your order on a weekend, your purchase will be shipped on Monday.

We ship worldwide via our international courier partners, EMS, DHL & FedEx. We also provide shipping via regular registered mail. All international orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days (Saturday & Sunday are NOT working days).

All delivery days are only estimates and are based on past customer's experience. It is the customer's responsibility to track and trace their parcel. We will provide you a link for all airmail and expedited deliveries to track your shipment. Customer agrees to conform to all laws, customs, and tax regulations regarding goods purchased from Lady Reaper. Customer assumes full responsibility for duties, custom clearance fees or any other custom fees incurred by their country and/or government for those goods. We have no way of quoting custom clearance fees for you as they differ for every country. Please contact your government or an import specialist for this information. These fees are not included in any shipping charges on your invoice from Lady Reaper.
We will send you an E-Mail with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. After receiving your tracking number, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to appear on the courier website. Please contact us if you did not receive a tracking number after 8 working days from the date of order, or you did not receive the package after 21 working days (if shipped via EMS, DHL & FedEx) or more than 50 working days (if shipped via airmail) after the package was dispatched. For remote areas, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days for your parcel to arrive, depending on your location.OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If the item you wish to purchase becomes out of stock, you have the option of sending us an enquiry and we will gladly inform you if the product you are eyeing will be restocked or not.
From time to time, our manufacturers will run out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will continue to reorder the backordered item until it becomes available. If the customer wishes to be informed immediately about our restocked items, we require that you provide us a valid E-Mail address or contact information and we will gladly fulfill your request. Lady Reaper guarantees that all products are in good condition before shipment. We personally tag and package our products, sealed with our official sticker logo. We stand behind the quality of our products! It's part of our worry-free shopping policy. We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase from us. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before being sent out. If for any reason, you received a damaged item, simply inform us within 24 hours, upon receipt of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You may return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost, minus shipping fee. If the product you wish to replace becomes out of stock, you can request for a replacement product of equal value. If in any event that refund is the only option, we request that you give us at least 3 days to return your money through PayPal or any bank of your choice with your complete bank details. We guarantee that we will refund your money, only after receiving the defective merchandise. Returned products should be in their original condition with tags, unworn, unwashed, unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. Specific items may have additional warranty limitations. Return items with any signs of further damage, being worn, washed or used are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return that fails to meet our policy.
Inform us within 24 hours through E-Mail, after receipt of your merchandise for any damage or defect. We ask that you request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. To request an RMA number, simply email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number, items to be returned, photograph of the defect and the reason for return. Once you receive a reply with your RMA number and return address, it must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. Do not write the RMA number on the items packaging. If you write your RMA on the packaging or on the product itself, the item and the item’s packaging will be considered damaged and may void your returns eligibility. After receiving a reply with a return shipping address, please wrap the package securely to prevent further damage and send it via 2GO or any secure or insured courier. The buyer is responsible for all return costs associated with returning a product for refund or exchange.
Unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wash, use, wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt or failure to inform our sales or customer support team of the defect within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise. We allow a maximum of 10 days return of defective products for international orders.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a return or exchange on any intimate apparel to assure you that the products you receive are all brand new. Items that are not in their original packaging and condition cannot be returned. Items with damaged packaging, noticeable use, wash or wear cannot be returned or refunded. If in normal wear the merchandise comes in contact with the genital area, this is considered as intimate apparel. For example, panties, leggings and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel. However, panties, leggings and pantyhose are not the only items considered intimate apparel. Clothing that comes in contact with the armpits and has been tried on for long periods cannot be returned or refunded.
Items that do not fit cannot be returned or refunded. BDSM, jewellery and all other clothing and accessories that exhibits use, wear, wash or displays further damage or markings cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that we will charge a Php 100 damaged fee for any Lady Reaper Environment Friendly bag that is written on, taped-up, torn or used as a shipping bag. Items and their packaging must be in like new condition with complete tags to be eligible for return.
Defective Merchandise can be returned which includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear, use or shipping damage. For incorrect merchandise, contact us via email or by phone if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the color or style than what you ordered. Please note that we have done our best to display as accurately as possible, the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screens and LCD screens; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Returns for exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges to return merchandise on Philippine orders must be paid by the returnee. We are responsible for the return shipment of the exchanged product back to you. We do not reimburse shipping charges for returning merchandise unless the merchandise was received in error. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or any other rush shipping method. You understand that any claims (missing/broken/defective or any items received in error) should be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods and failure to do so will forfeit any chances of refund or replacement.
